Charity Stallholder Terms & Conditions 

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and accept the following Terms & Conditions for the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair 2027.

• I confirm that I am available to attend the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair on Monday 31st May 2027.
• I will hold valid Public Liability Insurance for the event and will provide a copy if my application is successful.
• I will have completed an appropriate Risk Assessment covering my stall, goods, equipment and activities. The Risk Assessment will comply with current health and safety requirements and cover all reasonably foreseeable risks associated with my attendance at the event.
• If my stall involves the handling, preparation or sale of food, I will provide a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, where required.
• If my application is successful, I will provide all required documentation by 1st March 2027, and all documentation supplied will remain valid for trading at the Fair on Monday 31st May 2027.
• I understand that the Charity Stall fee is £25, unless I choose the volunteer option.
• If I choose the volunteer option, I will provide the names and mobile telephone numbers of two volunteers by 1st March 2027, and each volunteer will be available to assist the Ram Fair Committee for a two-hour session during the event.
• I understand that volunteer duties may include assisting with entrance gates, the Hoopla stall, Face Painting, the Raffle stand or other similar duties as reasonably required on the day.
• I understand that failure to provide the required documentation, payment or volunteer details by 1st March 2027 may result in the cancellation of my pitch.
• If I choose to pay the pitch fee and have already made payment, I understand that failure to provide the required documentation by the specified deadline may mean that I am not eligible for a refund of my pitch fee.
• I understand that the standard allocated stall space will be 3m x 3m and that all stall materials, products and equipment must remain within my allocated pitch unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Ram Fair Committee.
• I confirm that I will provide a suitable gazebo for my stall and that it will be securely weighted with a minimum of 15kg on each corner. I understand that if the required weights are not provided on the day, I may be required to remove or take down my gazebo for safety reasons.
• I will notify the Ram Fair Committee of any health and safety issues, hazards or special requirements associated with my stall, equipment or trading area that the Committee should be aware of.
• I understand that one Single Free Entry Pass will be allocated to my organisation and that I will provide the name of the person using this pass when requested.
• I will ensure that all members of my organisation attending the Fair are made aware of the relevant entry arrangements, access times and setup requirements.
• I consent to my contact information and application-related data being securely retained by the Ram Fair Committee for up to two years. This information will only be used for communication relating to the Ram Roasting Fair and potential participation in future events.
• I consent to any promotional photographs, graphics, website links or social media material that I voluntarily provide as part of my application being used by the Ram Fair Committee to promote both my organisation and the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a requirement of your application.

Applications where the Terms & Conditions have not been accepted will not be eligible for consideration.
