Catering Stallholder Terms & Conditions 

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and accept the following Terms & Conditions for the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair 2027.

  • I confirm that I am available to attend and trade at the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair on Monday 31st May 2027.
  • I will ensure that my stall and all equipment comply with all applicable health and safety requirements.
  • I will have adequate and appropriate fire safety equipment available where required, and I and/or members of my team will be familiar with the appropriate action to take in the event of a fire or emergency.
  • Any generator used will be a suitably quiet model, positioned safely within my trading area and secured or protected so that members of the public cannot interfere with it.
  • I will hold valid Public Liability Insurance and a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate for the event.
  • I will have completed an appropriate Risk Assessment covering my stall, equipment and activities for the event.
  • If my application is successful, I will provide copies of all required documentation together with payment of the £140 Catering Pitch Fee by 1st March 2027.
  • I understand that all documentation supplied must remain valid for trading at the Fair on Monday 31st May 2027.
  • I understand that failure to provide the required payment and documentation by 1st March 2027 may result in the cancellation of my pitch.
  • I understand that if I have already paid my pitch fee but fail to provide the required documentation by the specified deadline, I may not be eligible for a refund of my pitch fee.
  • I confirm that I will provide a suitable gazebo for my stall and that it will be securely weighted with a minimum of 15kg on each corner. I understand that if the required weights are not provided on the day, I may be required to remove or take down my gazebo for safety reasons.
  • I will notify the Ram Fair Committee of any health and safety matters, hazards or special requirements associated with my stall, equipment or trading area that the Committee should be aware of.
  • I consent to my contact information and application-related data being securely retained by the Ram Fair Committee for up to two years. This information will only be used for communication relating to the Ram Roasting Fair and potential participation in future events.
  • I consent to any promotional photographs, graphics, website links or social media material that I voluntarily provide as part of my application being used by the Ram Fair Committee to promote both my business and the King’s Teignton Ram Roasting Fair.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a requirement of your application. Applications where the Terms & Conditions have not been accepted will not be eligible for consideration.
